Flavorsome Pineapple Chiffon Cake Recipe

A pineapple fruit is one of the fruits which you can get healthy benefits. It has pythochemicals that will fight toxin in the body.  Pythochemicals can be found in fruits like pineapple, vegetables beans, grains,  and other plants. Pineapple controls high blood pressure, lower cholesterol, fights illnesses in the body like coughs and colds; it can loose weight and many more. This fruit can be found in tropical countries such as Philippines. This can be eaten fresh, canned, juices and to all food or liquid flavored pineapple. Like the recipe below, the main ingredient is pineapple; since we will bake a cake, pineapple must be crushed.

Who among you had try eating pineapple chiffon cake? I know many of you had eaten this flavor of pineapple chiffon cake. Well, this is very good flavor because pineapple has many vitamins that your body needs.
There are many cakes you can found via internet however, here is the recipe and is one that has vitamins and pythochemicals. It’s good to health that pineapple is now included to bake a chiffon cake which is pineapple flavor. Just give this a try. I am pretty sure; it can help a lot in the entire body’s metabolism.
Here is the pineapple chiffon cake recipe. Hope you will like this cake when finished baking.
Ingredients

2 ¼ cups sifted cake flour
7 medium eggyolks (unbeaten)
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
½ cup cooking or salad oil
7 eggwhites

How to Bake:

You will need to set oven moderately low, it should be 325oF. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then make a “well” in dry ingredients and then add just 4 ingredients in order listed. You need to beat until it will become smooth. You will add the cream of tartar to eggwhites. Whip eggwhites in a large mixing bowl till they formed very stiff peaks. Gradually and gently fold flour mixture into eggwhites, just until blended. Note: do not stir. Then next is pour into an ungreased, 10’ tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until top springs back when touched with fingertip. Invert pan, let cake hang till cold. To remove loosen from sides and tube pan with spatula. Frost with whipped cream or pineapple frosting and garnish with pineapple slices ang walnuts. Make a one cake.
